It gives me really gentle calm feeling, especially in the evenings after really stressful days. When I am overstimulated and tired during the day, going to sleep is more hard for me and this medicament helps me to calm down, relax and go to sleep smoothly. My stress levels feel more manageable and I wake up feeling a bit more refreshed . I love that it feels natural no weird side effects, no grogginess the next day, just a subtle balance that u don’t realize you needed until u have it. As they said in instructions, I am drinking with water two capsules when I am having my dinner. It contains 90 capsules so it will least 45 days. They have no taste or smell like other vitamins I've tried. The size is manageable and easy to swallow. The bottle is filled almost full, so value for the vitamins is good. I'll be keeping these in my nighttime routine.

The magnesium stacked with the ashwaganda is a really good pairing, and I don’t feel like I need to take melatonin like usual. Im actually getting ready to take these (two specifically) right now as I write this review. The pills aren giant horse pills either so they go down easy.

I don’t necessarily know if they support mood but they do contribute to relaxing and deep sleep for me personally. I track my sleep with an oura ring and the first night I took these my sleep score skyrocketed! It even asked what I did different to improve my sleep so much. These really calm you down and relax you. I just wish the top was child proof so I could leave them in my nightstand because it would be too easy for my toddler to open with the simple lid. I feel that it does help my stress, relaxes my muscles a little, and I get better sleep. The only drawback for me is that magnesium causes occasional unusual dreams.
