I have had issues with sleep for years then I was introduced to this product and cant remember the last time i slept this good. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. At night I am able to actually lay down and fall asleep at a decent hour and am not up 100 times a night.

I take some a little bit before laying down and it helps me fall asleep way quicker. I also don't wake back up in the middle of the night as much. This is a 90 count 5 mg that is non habit forming. The pills are easy to swallow and no yucky after taste. I highly recommend this for a better nights sleep.

A friend told me about how well they worked for her so we gave them a shot. My wife takes one tablet 30 to 40 minutes before going to bed and falls asleep within 20 minutes. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. She doesn't feel drowsy during the day. Highly recommend!

Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

I bought this while traveling to the USA to fight jet lag, but it does not work really well on me : fall asleep 3 or 4 hours after taking it and sleep only a few hours, then wake up with weird nightmares. Is it possible to get the ingredient list, I suspect that I might be réacting to some of the components…
