[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my bottle of Melatonin by Nature Made, I immediately began taking it before bedtime. I took 1 tablet - one hour before bedtime with water, as the bottle instructed. The tablets do not have an unpleasant taste, and they are easy to digest with a glass of water. I continued taking 1 tablet every night with water for a month, and here's my experience with it. The tablet started to kick in after about 45 minutes after taking it, and then I would go to bed. It's very consistent, and even now after 30 days of using this product, the tablet still works after about 45 minutes. I wake up in the morning, and I don't feel groggy or tired from the night before. I received 90 tablets in the bottle, so that's a 2 month supply!! I'm very impressed by this product, and will be buying it in the future!!

This is a great little device that helps me maintain a healthy sleep schedule without leaving me groggy when I wake up in the morning. I was struggling to sleep but after about 30 mins of taking the tablet I was fast asleep and slept well for a good 8 hours. Working nights can be challenging to sleep on off nights and these worked well. I have already recommended them to several friends

It relaxes you enough so that you can get a good nights sleep and it does not make you feel groggy when you wake up either. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Nature Made Melatonin 5mg Tablets for sleep support. They seem to help me sleep better and more soundly most nights. I like these because while they do help me sleep better I dont feel groggy the next morning. I usually take the recommended dosage about an hour before going to bed. I do recommend Nature Made Melatonin for a little help for those sleepless nights.

Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

I bought this while traveling to the USA to fight jet lag, but it does not work really well on me : fall asleep 3 or 4 hours after taking it and sleep only a few hours, then wake up with weird nightmares. Is it possible to get the ingredient list, I suspect that I might be réacting to some of the components…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have pretty bad insomnia so I am always having to take something in order for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I figured I would try these since I had been hearing good things but I found in the first week of taking, it seemed to take longer for me to go to sleep on these. It wasn't until the 2nd week, it seemed to be doing better for me but I began noticing that it started giving me headaches as I woke up. I didn't know what was causing them at first but then started realizing it was this brand because when I'd stop for a few nights and take something else instead, I wouldn't have the headache in the morning. Not sure why it would be doing this but due to it, I am unable to give a great rating but it does help me to sleep so I'm gonna go with Average rating.
