[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my bottle of Melatonin by Nature Made, I immediately began taking it before bedtime. I took 1 tablet - one hour before bedtime with water, as the bottle instructed. The tablets do not have an unpleasant taste, and they are easy to digest with a glass of water. I continued taking 1 tablet every night with water for a month, and here's my experience with it. The tablet started to kick in after about 45 minutes after taking it, and then I would go to bed. It's very consistent, and even now after 30 days of using this product, the tablet still works after about 45 minutes. I wake up in the morning, and I don't feel groggy or tired from the night before. I received 90 tablets in the bottle, so that's a 2 month supply!! I'm very impressed by this product, and will be buying it in the future!!

This is a great little device that helps me maintain a healthy sleep schedule without leaving me groggy when I wake up in the morning. I didnt want to try unison or anything like that due to having to get up and the effects the drugs and putting them in your body. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a regular user of melatonin but this new type seems to absorb better and faster. I am not sure if its the calcium or what but it works great. This gets you right to sleep every night! The dosage is perfect too, not too little and not too much.

Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

I bought this while traveling to the USA to fight jet lag, but it does not work really well on me : fall asleep 3 or 4 hours after taking it and sleep only a few hours, then wake up with weird nightmares. Is it possible to get the ingredient list, I suspect that I might be réacting to some of the components…
