It's chewable and has a great strawberry flavor. I have a problem swallowing pills and this works for me. I like that it's free of artificial sweeteners and there's no high fructose corn syrup added to it. I take it it 1 hour before bedtime and it will help you fall asleep in no time. It also gives me a restfull sleep with no interuption. I am so well rested that gives me more energy to work. This will be my go to melatonin from now on.

These are just the right amount and I get a nice pleasant drift off to sleep. Love the strawberry gummy flavor. They only thing I might change is make the dose smaller, but I can cut it in half of I need to.

I wish they just used natural fruit sugars or natural sugars. I do notice I am able to fall asleep a little quicker, but not stay asleep as long. Overall, they do an okay job.
