[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am someone who sometimes needs a little extra help falling and staying asleep; these gummies are ideal for those who don’t need strong sleep aids but just enough to relax and encourage sleepiness. The quality of these gummies are extremely high. I think the combination of both magnesium and melatonin is beneficial to a long lasting and high quality sleep. The gummies are about half an inch in size and you only need two an hour before bed. The gummies taste pretty good; it’s a vague sweet fruity flavor. There is a granular coating on the gummies and while it did confuse me at first, I assume it’s either an anti-clumping coating or otherwise related to one of the active/inactive ingredients; it does have a powdery texture but it’s not off putting. I have used these for several days and have noticed a significant difference in the time it takes for to fall asleep (decreased noticeably), the quality of sleep I have (deep REM sleep, dreaming) and how long I sleep (at least 8 hours with a natural wake up). I absolutely recommend these gummies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great!! I have recently had a hard time sleeping. Some nights only getting 2-3 hours of sleep a night. The first night using these I slept 9 hours. I did notice that I had more dreams but that was just the first night. You take 2 gummies 1 hour before bed. The taste is nice and the ingredients are natural. The value is great and worth it for a good nights sleep. Packaging is nice and keeps the gummies fresh. I recommend these to get some good sleep.

I take only 1/2 gummy and it works well, except when im having an anxiety attack. Then nothing works.

I’ve had great success with a similar product in the past, and Nature Made’s Melatonin/Magnesium Sleep and Relax gummies did not disappoint. Two gummies will have you drifting off to sleep in less than thirty minutes and keep you sleeping peacefully throughout the night. My only complaint would be that the texture of the gummy is a tad loose, and there is a dusting of sugar that seems unnecessary. Sticky sweet teeth aside, if you need help getting to sleep I would definitely recommend that you try these!

Obviously you always want to take it and give yourself enough hours to sleep. I thought the taste and texture of the gummies was great, and the packaging is similar to that of other gummy vitamins. I will definitely continue taking these as needed!

I usually have a very restful sleep when I use this product. The gummies have a good flavor as well! Unlike traditional melatonin, I'm actually falling asleep and I have yet to have any nightmares. Easy to open packaging.

I have taken others from this brand and from elsewhere. This one was good but not great. The dosage at 3mg might work for some people but was less effective for me. I've tried other 3mg that have worked exponentially quicker and more effectively. Still, it was, at least, better than taking nothing though. It still somewhat helped but took longer to take effect. As a gummy, by itself, these are really tasty and I absolutely don't mind the sweet taste. There is no aftertaste and is delightful throughout. What I was less fond of was that the consistency was quite gluey. I like others that have a more solid construction but this one was sticky and little bits are left stuck on my teeth and gums. Everything goes down the same but I prefer the ones that are easier to eat. It's a tiny bit bothersome to try to pick at the little pieces that are stuck

Might work for some however for me and my daughter it did not work!!!!!!!!!!
