Good supplements. Easy to take . They taste like nothing so you don't have to worry about having a weird aftertaste. I haven't noticed anything yet because I forget to take them ,but I'll start to take from now on.

The best thing was that it was a capsule and not a gummy. I am not a fan of the gummies, so this was a selling point for me. I was taking both a multi vitamin and an elderberry supplement before. This frees up some space in my pill box by combining the two.

The capsules are large, and it might be a bit intimidating if you don't like taking pills. I've been using them for the last 2 weeks and really haven't noticed any thing specific with my body but I will continue to use since it helps your immune system.
