I have used this a couple times and so far it seems to work really well giving me a more calm disposition.

I love that it doesn't make me tired, so I can get the things I need to done. I have been using it for a while now, and I can't imagine not taking it . A little while after drinking it, I did feel a nice calm come over me. I love having this natural choice for some relaxation.

It is very easy to take (one scoop in the morning and one in in evening) and I personally like the flavor. It is lemon raspberry and quite pleasant.

It doesn't have a bad taste, it mixes well, but after consuming it, i laid in bed for hours, sore with a racing mind. I do like ashwagandha. Maybe its just me. Maybe my body just doesn't like to calm down too much. Anyway, i dont think id purchase this again, solely because the only thing that helps me out of it is the ashwagandha, and id rather take just that.
