I enjoy the flavor and have definitely noticed a relaxation element after drinking. I will definitely try drinking this on stressful mornings for the same effect since it doesn't cause drowsiness.

I like all the health benefits without it putting me to sleep. I wish it came with a measuring scoop though. Two grams for each serving--this is sure to last quite a while using a 1/4 of teaspoon to measures it. I keep it right by my bedside to remind myself to take it daily.

I mostly picked it for the flavor, and it's helping me drink more water, so if it's helping keep me calm too, I'll take it!

I have been stressed lately and decided to give this a shot and I can tell since starting it that I feel somewhat calmer and less bothered. The taste is ok but takes a little getting used to but overall not terrible.
