I suffer from auto immune diseases, and I ache so bad that I am constantly being woke up to change positions. I haven't slept so well in ages. Now that I'm 40 my sleep habits haven't been so good with pain and everything I have to say with these I sleep like a baby again and they appear to be non habit forming since Melatonin is a natural sleeping aid it helps put the Melatonin back in my body that has been lacking for so long.
