Nature Made Stress B Complex with Vitamin C and Zinc Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 75 Count

I've been taking Nature Made Stress B-Complex for decades, and it is my preferred vitamin. When I've tried other B Complex vitamins they haven't delivered the same effects. I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to a medical condition, so these are essential for me. I will go out of my way to buy only them!

Ive been using Stress Complex for years. Felt better since day one and plan on continuing.

I trust the brand for quality. I like the combination of B's in this formula. Have bought before and will buy again. Walmart is cheaper so that helps when it comes to shopping for vitamins.

Great tranquilizer / stress releif

I buy these from Walmart not only because they have the best price but they have the highest percentage of vitamins of any other B-complex.

I have found myself more in control of my reactions to unpleasant situations. I take it at the start of each day.

Overall it is a good product, I started taking it and immediately it lifted a veil, I began to feel energized and I was able to work harder, I felt less upset and angry and I was able to function better. I drank lots of water however that is what is needed anyway, I felt dehydrated because I was working and sweating. I did notice however that urine color immediately changed to a florescent yellow soon after taking the pill. I can only assume it is the only known side effect of the pills. No other noticed effect so far. I would recommend the product, and suggest drinking lots of water if you do buy it. It contains many extra vitamins also, C and a bunch of others, all the B complex which will boost mood, immune and lower the stress level, and increase energy levels.

I've been taking Vitamin B Complex with C and Zinc for several years. This purchase was a refill. As the Vitamins age in the original bottle with cap on tight, they get spots on each tablet. I don't know what causes the dark spots to appear, but it happens to every bottle I've had.

I think this stress formula helped me sleep more deeply, but I need more time to evaluate that. It has what I need to be resistant to common illness.

The Stress Vitamins are not the best ones. They should buy the B Complex Vitamins with C and Zinc that relieves headaches.
