[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A must have in your vitamin routine. I take multiple other supplements, but gut health is by far one of the most important. The serving size is 3 capsules, so 25 days worth of capsules. That is a lot when combined with other supplements but I don’t mind due to the benefits it provides. They are roughly the size of a fish oil pill, I do not have any problem swallowing. There is a ‘green’ taste when you put the capsule in your mouth, but not a bad taste at all. I take in the morning with breakfast, and I feel like it helps curb my appetite.

One of the first things I noticed was how manageable the capsules are compared to other greens supplements. The pill size is reasonably easy to swallow, and the texture is smooth without that chalky coating that some other capsules have. The smell is mild and much less overpowering than most other greens products, which was a huge plus. I also appreciated that there was very little aftertaste. There was no earthy flavor or bitterness that you sometimes get in powder form products. Plus, they are super easy to take with a glass of water along with your meal as recommended. What what I really like the most however is how much better my stomach has felt since incorporating these capsules into my daily routine. I've noticed less bloating and overall digestive discomfort. The probiotics seem to make a big difference without upsetting my stomach. The fact that it's a complete capsule just makes everything easier in an already busy lifestyle that I live. Overall, this has been one of the easiest greens supplements to stick with, and I'll definitely keep purchasing.

This is an overall wellness product, which is great. The probiotics are great for digestive health, and it contains 100% of the daily value of vitamin D. I'm grateful for this product and am now using it daily! It feels like a lot of capsules taking 3 at a time, but I'm taking them with a glass of water and a meal as suggested and it's been going down wash with no issues! No aftertaste or anything either, I'd recommend.

I think the benefits outweigh the negative taste, but it's not just a little bit bad tasting, but horrifically bad. The suggested amount of 3 capsules was way too much for me and I had to cut back to 1 capsule at night, but I have great results in regularity by the next morning. Effective but hard to get down!
