Purchased these after lab results showed low vitamin D levels. I wasn't looking to take multiple pills to hit this doseage and also didn't want to take a giant horse pill. These came in a sealed bottle, they are a small pill form so there's no issue of them sticking together like gel caps, no smell and a very large quantity of a quality product for the price.

These are really good! I've experienced an increase in energy, vitality and endurance. However, it also affected my sleep! I wasn't able to sleep a full 8hr sleep, only about 5hrs- yet I didn't wake up tired- strange! So what I did, I decided to take a capsule every other day instead! Still have the same energy without sacrificing sleep! Highly recommended, just beware if you suffer from insomnia!

I always look for this when shopping for supplements. This one has everything I want in one tablet. I feel good on it. It improves my immune system and is also good for my heart. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants the same. It is GREAT!

Have ordered this item several times. Love the combination of supplements. Personally I use it a couple of times a week and use simply a vi d supplement on alternate days.

Tablet is not too large to swallow, so that's a plus. Also I do seem to have a little more energy since about day 3 of starting to take them. I will continue to take these daily and I do recommend these.

Zinc %26 Vitamin D great for skin and bones! Small easy to swallow

I just started talking this vitamin complex, so I can't really tell if it's working for me or not. I will say if you have trouble swallowing pills, this is not for you. These vitamins are quite large but due to the shape and slippery coating I'm able to get them down.

i have hypothyroidism and this pill helps alot with some of my symptoms.
