On days I feel extra tired from lack of sleep, I take 1-2 of these, and I have noticed that I do feel less groggy and more focused on those days. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, but for me it does seem to help stay focused at work during the mid-end of day stretch. This B-complex gummy is also tasty with a fruity flavor It's not overly sweet like candy gummies, this has a total of 4g of sugar which seems pretty good for people like me who's trying to limit sugar intake.

I got acrylic nails for the first time in a long time and the artist accidentally filed my nails down too much. They had to be removed and my nail beds quite a bit. I was happy to receive these vitamins and I believe they made my nails grow quicker. Much quicker actually. So I do believe they work, and they did a great job for me.

Even when taking after a meal, some b vitamins make me nauseous but these do not! They taste like a gummy, softer gummy more like a fruit snack texture. No bad after taste. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now and understandably it’s difficult to notice any difference or changes to my health yet thus the 4 stars.
