My dr tells me every winter that my vitamin D is low well i didn't get that report this winter bc I've been taking these. They work great and have no nasty taste or after taste. Plus they are super easy to take.

I was pleasantly surprised twice when I opened the bottle, first because it has an easy open top and second by how small the softgel itself is. Even though it has 1,000 IU, it is a really easy to take clear softgel - it's such an easy addition to the day!

It may have something to do when I was younger and had a pill get stuck in my throat. I didn't have any problems swallowing this soft-gel capsule at any time. In fact, now I look forward to taking this vitamin daily, because I know it will provide me with the amount of Vit D that my body requires having recently been diagnosed with a Vit D deficiency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these softgels for over a month now. They are very easy to swallow as they are small softgels . One daily gives you the needed recommended dosage. Especially during the late fall, winter and early spring months when I don't get my vitamin D from the sun, I take a vitamin supplement and these are recommended by my pharmisist. Great for bone health which I especially need right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Nature Made vitamin D softgels and I have to say that I personally didn't really notice any difference in the 30 days I tried these out. This isn't to say that in the long term these would not be beneficial especially for someone with bone health issues, which I certainly would reccommend them for that issue, I'm just stating that in my personal case I did not feel any different. On a positive note there was no after taste or anything like that so I would reccommend them for a specific group of people that would benefit from their use
