When i first tried this for over a month now i am feeling much more energized and my vitamin d levels are back on track so far. There is no taste or after taste so it goes down pretty well. These are like small pea sized. The container is nice as it has a flip cover which it's even more easier to get 2 out at a time. Overall going great so far!

I was pleasantly surprised twice when I opened the bottle, first because it has an easy open top and second by how small the softgel itself is. Even though it has 1,000 IU, it is a really easy to take clear softgel - it's such an easy addition to the day!

My dr tells me every winter that my vitamin D is low well i didn't get that report this winter bc I've been taking these. They work great and have no nasty taste or after taste. One daily gives you the needed recommended dosage. Especially during the late fall, winter and early spring months when I don't get my vitamin D from the sun, I take a vitamin supplement and these are recommended by my pharmisist. Great for bone health which I especially need right now.
