This product works, I seem to have more energy & a better mood. The B vitamins are also helping me with some numbness or tightening of muscles in my feet. I was afraid I was developing Neuropathy, but as long as I take this twice a day, I feel it's decreased in intensity.

I got these about three weeks ago and thought I'd try them. I'm very moody and stressed most of the time and I must say I've been a lot more relaxed. I've noticed my sleep has been better and my heart rate has also improved. I'm definitely going to continue taking these.

I battle daily with sleep apnea, low thyroid, depression, anxiety, hormones. I began taking this in December. At first I felt no changes and was ready to stop taking them.
