The main one I was looking to benefit from was increased energy considering I work long hours and I don't drink caffeinated drinks. Which I'm okay with. Also I love that the size of the portion is small. Because sometimes these jelly gummy's can be big and they candy-ish-ness (😂 probably not a word) can cause me to have sugar cravings if I am avoiding sugar. The portion. Is small enough that I believe it wouldn't do that.

I usually take B12 in the form of gel tablets. However, this vitamin B12 from Nature Made taste really good and has zero sugar ( great for people who suffer from diabetes). The flavor and texture is just perfect ( only 2 per day and that's it 😊). Raspberry flavor, really tasty and you don't feel and after taste. ( like aspartame products). In all honesty although they carry no sugar for a brand we all know Nature Made always gives a bang for its buck.
