They are very easy to take and do not leave any after taste. I like that this probiotic has 4 strain nutrition to help with gut health. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my own gut health after taking these for a few weeks. And I also love that you take these just once daily. Best to store in the refrigerator to keep the potency. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their gut health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are working, I have developed IBS after a gallbladder removal and I was super interested in trying this. I think I will have to try these for a longer term to better see the effects of this supplement. I did find it. Super interesting that these are vegetarian capsules as I've never really seen that other supplements. The purpose of the supplement should definitely be a bigger aspect on the bottle as it's currently only small font on the top right and nowhere else on the bottle. It took me a while to find what this was for.

For about a week and a half these WRECKED my insides. We're talking bathroom on bathroom on bathroom time. It got to the point where I was googling if this was actually a laxative. But!! I stuck with it and it stopped and now I feel like it's helping with my gut health. I'm more regular and feel a little bit better. This can absolutely be a placebo though. Overall, it's okay but be warned!!
