I love these. I'm trying to increase my protein intake but too lazy to put in much effort. I would not recommend this if you're trying to lose weight. It's too calorie dense. Definitely satisfies my sweet tooth, I just eat it as breakfast or dessert. If you have a sensitive stomach, it might make you gassy to eat more than one per day.

I enjoy unwrapping a Nature Valley Protein bar for a snack while working or grabbing numerous boxes to send to our brave military service members. The bars are chewy, full of many protein sources, just the right size to fulfill the munchies demand, and tastes great. I especially like the fruit/berries and nut combinations. The bars slip into a purse or backpack and don't have excess backing material when shipping the items. The pice per bar is good and is great when I nab them during a sale.

These lower carb, protein bars are very good! Especially when compared to other brands on market. They don't have any weird tastes. Even though they aren't crunchy, they have some texture that makes them satisfying. The new flavor ( salted caramel) was a nice surprise %26 change from peanut %26 chocolate.

We buy these on repeat. I stock my pantry with shelf stable foods year round due to storms and hurricanes, in case of power outage. These are so good, and the whole family loves them. They always taste fresh, and are filling. A good boost of protein. We love all of the flavors!

Great snack with a good amount of protein. Eat one per day to help with protein intake. Doesn't have a bad aftertaste. The other flavors are pretty good too.

Yes, there are healthier options. But based on the price and how these make me feel, these are my go-to right now. Other granola bars can make me feel a little yucky when I eat them because of the sugar. These seem to be perfectly balanced out something, because I don't feel sick when I eat these. And they taste good. They don't taste like they are healthy trying to taste good. They just taste good. My kids do not like the dark chocolate ones. To be honest, they're not my favorite, either, but I do like having the variety. I would definitely not consider eating these every day because of the sugar content, but they are great for trips or times when we may not have quick access to food.

It's gotten smaller in the past year. I can tell since I had a bunch of old ones. For that reason I buy fewer than I used to but they kept the taste and quality.

My family loves the cashew version of these. I decided to try out this protein version because two of my family members work out a lot and always trying to up their protein. They were not fans of the taste of these. They asked to go back to the cashew bars.

i wanted to like these looked good but these are a complete fail could not force myself to eat them did small sample of each flavor i think cardboard box they came in would taste better not satisfied will ask for refund all went to the trash
