We have one cat that seems to have chronic hair ball issues. I've tried the oral paste but that is difficult to get in a squirming cats mouth. So I gave the Clinic Aid hairball relief a try. While I'm petting the cat I put a little Clinic aid in my hand and then pet the cat. I do that a couple of times and then I use the slicker brush to groom him. His hair balls have cut down drastically. What a relief.
This is such a quick and easy way to keep my cats hair clean and free of outdoor pollens. All of them enjoy getting cleaned with this. It's very light and dries quickly. It removes dirt and trash and also gets out tangled or matted hair. I can already see a difference in the amount of shedding.
This Naturel Promise Clinic Aid Hairball Relief No-Rinse Foaming Shampoo for Cats is different from the other no-rinse shampoos that I've tried in that it's a foam, rather than a spray. The sprays always scare my cats, and if I try to spray them on a brush to apply that way, they just run off the brush. But the foam makes it easy to apply. I squirt some in my hand and then massage into my cats fur. It doesn't make the spray sound that send them running, and the foam is so light that they don't feel it being rubbed into their fur. No more running away before I get it on them! It doesn't have a strong fragrance, which I'm sure my cat loves. I just used it on my cat and then brushed her, and wow, I got so much fur off! More than with dry brushing. And I'm happy to know that I'm cleaning her as well as taking off the excess winter coat. There will definitely be less shedding with all of the hair I was able to brush off in one sitting. It's made in the USA, of mostly Plant Derived ingredients, by a family owned and operated company. It's sulfate free, paraben free, fragrance free, and dye free. I'm so glad to have found a no-rinse shampoo that my cat will let me use on her, and that does such a great job in helping removing hair. I would definitely recommend this to other cat owners!
I was a little skeptical to try this product but was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. We have an aging cat whose grooming habits have slidden by the wayside over the years and he was our target for using this product. We applied it in small sections and brushed as we went trying to keep him from knowing what was going on. It didn't make his coat very wet but what did remain dried quickly. He was not very patient with us while we worked on him so we did it in two different sittings. It left him smelling really fresh and we will definitely be using it again. Very glad we get this product a chance.
This foaming shampoo is a great option for giving my cat a bath. This formula has only a slight but pleasant aroma. I love that it is sulfate and paraben free. It is easy to spread the foam on the coat and brush through to help disperse around the coat and help dry. Great option for cleaning, conditioning and helping fur ball challenges.
I have two older cats a kitten one years old that I keep indoors. This waterless shampoo is great to give them a cleaning without dealing with a lot of water or risking getting scratched while grooming. The Shampoo does not cause a lot of saturation so it dries quickly and it has a very nice scent.
I can't say how well this works for hair balls, I've only used it twice on both of my cats. My cats don't do baths at all so it's either let the rain get them or a wet cloth. They don't like that either. This foaming shampoo by Naturel Promise is the answer for me and my arms. I filled my hand with foam rub them together and started petting, I was done and they didn't even notice what I was doing. They smelled clean and both of them had soft fur, it didn't feel sticky after it dries. I will definitely be getting more of this foaming shampoo.
I tried it on my black 9 y.o. cat. He was not really happy, but was ok. This shampoo helped me to brush through his body and take all this fur that is shading out.
only used once on cat ,but it really did not get my cat clean, maybe it's my fault ,its hard to shampoo cats anyway ,but the smell is nice and plan to try soon again ,we will see
The name is really deceiving. I thought I would be receiving a “dry” shampoo but this is instead a wet “no rinse” foam to wash and leave in wet foaming shampoo. I would not use this again. If I'm going you get my cat wet I would rinse and not leave a bunch of residue on them. Also wet equals knots in long haired cats. No this unfortunately is a no go for us.
