I am honestly surprised by these. I didn't have high expectations because I've tried biotin in the past but over the past couple weeks I've been trying these out and noticed today that my nails are long and strong. I will definitely continue using them.

These are delicious little biotin gummies! I have never tried such a good supplement gummy before. The texture is great, smooth and not sticky, along with the good strawberry flavor. Only two per day, and extra biotin for your body to aid in healthier looking skin and hair. I have been using these for a few days now, and will love to see some smoother skin and hair in the future. I've been using these biotin gummies for about 2 weeks. First of all, they taste great and are like a little treat when I'm taking them. Secondly, my nails seem a little less brittle and have grown faster than usual. Those two things tell me that this is a good biotin gummy product; I will definitely buy again.

I tried these gummy's and the bottle stated they were good for hair, nail and skin. The taste of the gummy's were pretty good they didn't have a medicine after taste the smell was pleasant also after I initial opened the bottle. I have been taking them for a few weeks so far and have not seen any differences in my hair, nails and skin but I remain hopeful of results. I would definitely buy them in the store for the promised results.

I received this product in exchange for review. I've been taking them for a couple weeks and haven't noticed much change as of yet. May be too soon to tell. The flavor is just ok. They're not my favorite.
