Each vitamin that is ordered compliments the other to keep me healthier. Each vitamin that I choose fulfills a natural need to what my body needs & is recommended by my family physician. As we age our bodies become depleted of certain vitamins & minerals needed to lead a healthy lifestyle.

A keeper for our immune system during cold and flu season
I and my spouse take one of these Immune Support capsules each morning with our breakfast. They have no weird or bad taste to them. We feel these are keeping our immune system up to par during cold and flu season. We also take Naturelo Vitamins D 5,000 IU also with these every morning.

Shortened the Duration of my Cold
These helped shorten the duration of my cold. I like that the vitamin C in these is from a natural source, and not ascorbic acid.

Usually sick 3 weeks and now 4 days! Coincidence?
My husband gets sick and when he does, he gets sick for 3 weeks. It could've been a coincidence but my entire marriage I've never seen him sick for less than a week and this last time he was sick for three days. It seems like everything in it is pretty healthy so it's definitely worth trying. I recently picked up something similar for my kids.
