This is a game changer. Seriously. I would recommend everyone take a probiotic just as good rule of thumb, but for me this was one of the best things I've done for my overall health.

I chose this probiotic because it has a really high dose, 50 billion CFU, and a great mix of strains. I've been taking this now for more than 6 months. I've noticed better digestion, less bloating, and even more stable moods since I started taking it.

I have used a number of high end probiotics - I hear it's best to mix them up a little. This one is my favorite of all the ones I've tried. Have ordered a number of times. I'm in the middle of a bottle of something else in the effort to mix them up, but tempted (despite the thrift in me!) to ditch that one and go back to this before the bottle's done - there's such a big difference in how they work for me! Just wish it came in a larger quantity so I didn't have to order a new bottle each month.

Been using these supplements for 3 days and on every time I take it i would get some small vibrations going on in my gut after 20 minutes or so after taking them. So that may be a sign that they're doing their job? Not sure. But I have I would say that taking this supplenent has reduced some bloating around my face. I've been having some discomfort in my gut sometimes after eating and I would just feel drowsy as well. I would look in the mirror afterwards and see my face puffed up a bit, and that's where I saw that naturelo has a probiotic! I've been using their whole foods supplements for a week and have been effective and that's where I decided to buy their probiotic. So far, both products seem like they actually fulfill what is said by them. They got a long-term customer in me!

I take one every morning before I eat anything. I'm no doctor, but there are studies that claim that better gut health, or the ingestion of probiotics improves mood and overall sense of well-being. What I can say for sure, I notice a big difference in my mood between when I do and don't take them. As long as I can still afford them, I'll take them for forever.

It took me two days of research to help me know what I was looking for and decide which one to buy. There are so many out there that just don't do the job. This one was terrific. It definitely is helping me with my UC flare symptoms. I have been taking probiotics, fish oil, and bromelain/ turmeric vitamins daily, and the combination has made this flare less intense and manageable. My regular medications really give me a lot of side effects and I end up feeling miserable. I am so glad I did my research. This is a quality product! Will be buying this on a regular basis from now on!

I purchased this probiotic from NATURELO as I was already using their MULTIVITAMIN for Women due to the clean high quality ingredients. I am happy to say that I am also pleased with the results. The combination of the 2 have helped me to feel energetic & the probiotic has helped to do it's job. Our gut is our second brain so it's health is important to me.

Sometimes the pills worked, sometimes not. My opinion is the quality control to guarantee 11 strains and 50 billion cultures PER PILL are not in place. A disappointment to what I had used before, but I guess I got what I paid for since I cheaped out.

While this probiotic may work for some, it made me very sick. I started taking this because of all of the positive reviews and within a couple of days I started to have terrible pains and what felt like trapped gas. Burping would relieve some of the pain and pressure, but not all. Once I stopped taking I noticed the pain diminishing, but it did take a couple days to for this to clear from my system. Based on my reaction to this, I would not recommend this to anyone.
