Recommend by our E. N. T. doctor.
Hubby has been getting nose bleeds due to the dry weather. We went to the E. N. T. and a sesame oil nasal spray was recommended. It doesn't contain any drying agents, like saline sprays do. It actually relieved his sneezing problem. if you are prone to bloody nose, give this a try. IANAD

It's very moisturizing. The spray applicator really gets it up in your nose. The product itself is runny, so I don't really like that, but it is very good at lubricating inside of my nose.
