Essential Oil Addict
I love essential oils for uses around the house. I use peppermint & eucalyptus for home made shower soothers. The peppermint is good for nausia, helping to deal with smelly chores & headaches. The eucalyptus is great for relieving sinus congestion. The lavender makes for a great nights sleep when sprayed on pillows. Remember essential oils are not made for direct skin contact, they must be used with a buffer agent like glycerin, coconut oil, etc. Protect your clothes & furniture from staining from direct contact with the undiluted essential oils.

BREATH EASY
I have been using peppermint essential oils for years. Soothes my sinuses and helps me sleep. I mix with lemon essential oil for a relaxing effect. Read about the benefits of essential oils. You may be surprised! This is my favorite brand of all the oils.
