I haven't been able to sleep for three months because of anxiety. My Dr. told me to get 5mg of Melatonin and to make sure that it was time released. He. told me to take two hours before bed and to continue taking it even if it wasn't working just to build it up in my system. I didn't have much expectations that

I have always preferred a smaller dose taken just before bed and originally purchased this for my wife who was having trouble sleeping through the night. I thought a timed release version might help her. She has had mixed results with it. When my bottle of melatonin ran out, I started taking these, but did so about two hours prior to my desired bedtime. I've found that they work beautifully for me both in terms of falling asleep and staying asleep. I've now purchased several more bottles and my results have remained steady. This melatonin seems to work well. I fall asleep rather quickly and sleep longer before waking up compared to other melatonin products. Very pleased with seller! This is amazing! I have always had trouble falling asleep at a decent time. I also struggle occasionally to stay asleep or get quality sleep. I have had prescription medication to help in the past. This works almost as well as prescriptions for sleep, but without the drugged feeling that comes with them. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or anyone who just enjoys peaceful and restful sleep. The time release makes it about 2 or 3 times as effective as the normal melatonin in the same dose, in my opinion. And the best part is that it is natural. No side effects. It provides great sleep and a list of health benefits. I feel rested and alert when I wake up. Don't take the 5mg if you can only get 4 hours or less, because you might have a hard time waking up. If I get at least 5 hours, I don't have trouble waking up.

Great product. These has made a significant improvement to my sleep patterns, including deep sleep for the first time in quite a while. Just be sure to check the mg dosage based on your age. The older you become, the higher dosage you need. I compared these to the non-time release version of Melatonin. The "timed release" feature of these tablets definitely improve the length of sleep as well as the consistent depth of sleep as compared to a standard dosage. It is worth the extra money to get the timed release ones like these. I will definitely order more when this battle nears the end. Good to help you sleep and has a lot of other heath advantages to taking it. But I do have the craziest dreams ever. I don't know if it's that I am sleeping so sound that I dream so much or what. Not really wild about that part.
