This Nature's Answer product is a great value. I have a hard time finding veg cap Dong Quai that is reasonably priced. Through Swanson's it is! These capsules seem to help me feel balanced and healthier during premenopause. They do have a pretty strong taste, so I take them with a juice or almond milk. I did a little research on the brand and found they have a good quality rating. I am very happy to find this product and this website!
