Nature's Answer Liquid Fiber Natural Lemon - Lime Flavor Original - 16Ounce

This is a great fiber supplement as to formula of content, taste, texture and ease of use. I am on the last of my first two bottles and will be buying more. Highly recommended for those to want to fill out getting 35 to 45 grams per day.

I took fiber capsules for years and one day just got so tired of swollowing all those pills. Some liquid fiber gets thick, this does not. I mix it in a large glass of water and drink it over a few minutes. It has very little taste, lemon lime if you notice. I find it convenient and it works! I take it once a day. Since I started taking it I have stayed regular.

Have been using Nature's Answer liquid fiber for several months now. It does wonders. One of the best product ever.

Very good button pricey.

A little pricey but very effective in helping with staying regular. I use less and stretch out the bottle. I cannot swallow big pills and psyllium powder never worked for me. The taste is fair. Mixing it in juice is best if you don't like it. Started with lower dose at the beginning. Mix it in water or juice with a little magnesium citrate powder chase it with water before going to bed and helps in the morning after breakfast.
