Full Soectrum B Vitamin
This vitamin is critical for individuals with kidney disease. Many times it was not available at my health provider's facility. I was pleased to find that Walmart carries it.

Doctor recommended brand
My liver doctor recommended I take this brand because it is guaranteed to be exactly what it days on the bottle. I have been taking this brand of products for 6 years now and my labs say I'm doing great.

not same as product shown
this isn't the exact same product shown on this site. The label is even different. It says "FULL SPECTRUM WITH VITAMIN C". no mention of vitamin B! on the back label, the amounts are different too. It's shown on this site as 100% of every one of the ingredients, but on the one i got it has widely varying amounts. vit C is only 67 %, Biotin is 1000%, etc. This is NOT the same product you see here. It's not what i ordered. The product changed apparently but nobody in the company bothered to change the description.
