Nature's Blend Niacin 50 mg 50 mg 100 Tabs

We are using this Niacin because of the low dose. We read that 16 mg is good dosage so We got these 50 mg and cut them in half. The pills are easy to swallow and the body absorbs them easily. Hopefully the niacin will help with memory etc. We have only been taking these for about a week and have not noticed any great benefit. Hopefully this will work for us.

The flush is not that bad. I bought this because I was afraid of the flush on another product that was 500 mg. Many people complained so thought I need to find something not so high in mg to get used to the flushing. The first day that I tried this I was panicking at first because I do have anxiety but the flush did come but was very mild and really did not affect me in a terrible way. I heard sometimes baths or showers could help while you ride the flush out but I didn't need to with this. The second day I took this, the flush was even more mild than the first day. I think I'm building a tolerance which is a good thing to prepare me for a higher dosage later.

I really like this brand of niacin. I was pleasantly surprised that the tablets are easy to break in half. That makes it simple to divide doses during the day like I want to do. The flavor is like nothing, so no big deal. I just swallow with water. The price is excellent and I will now be buying this brand instead of the one I was formerly getting.

I've had these before and have a difficult time finding them at my local supermarkets. The brand is good and they work - I know because I can feel them working. They're sold here at a reasonable price and just what I was looking for.

This is a low dose niacin which is a perfect supplement for people with high cholesterol and on a statins. There is no flushing involved and easy to assimilate into a diet regiment.

I'm glad this is available at the lower dosage than most retail stores. I cut them in half for my daily dose first thing in the morning. I've been taking niacin for years and I feel it's right for my body. I rarely get the flush and when I do I figure my body is telling my I need it.

I was unable to find the 50 mg in the stores; even health food stores. This level of niacin (50 mg) is great if you're slowly increasing the dosage over time. Too much, too quick and you end up looking as red as a lobster due to the 'niacin flush'. this niacin flush is not harmful, it is actually a sign of improved blood flow.

I was so happy to see the 50 mg version of Niacin! I haven't been able to find it where I live. The smallest dosage that I find is 100 mg and that is just too strong for me and, I feel, not needed at that level for my purposes. So, I am grateful to Swanson for carrying it and I plan to continue getting it from you! Thanks so much for your help!

Look for its flush effect which i achieve at this dosage most of the time.. First timer on this, can't say it's effective enough.
