I have used many Swanson Products, all seem to be very good. I did have concerns that the prices were low, so how good can the quality be. I've never had any adverse effects, and the pills or capsules look very much like the name brands.

Works great
I take this at night & don't notice flushing effect. Impressive results on tests. I won't go without it.

Too much flush
I have used Swanson brand sustained release niacin for several years and liked it. I thought I would try Nature's Blend because it was lower in cost, however, the sustained release lacks consistency. Some days it's OK, but other days I get a huge, uncomfortable flush. I will return to Swanson brand on my next order.
