add potassium to get rid of water weight
I believe it is true that if you override your sodium with potassium you can lose weight water weight check with your doctor but I have always done this and to me it works

Good Product! Good Value!

Hard pill to swallow
I accepted this replacement for the capsules without realizing it was a tablet. It may have the same potency, but it is literally, a hard pill to swallow.
