Would buy again
I really like these zinc lozenges. The flavor is easy and not too sweet, and they melt pretty quickly in your mouth — no chalky chunks or weird aftertaste. Super simple to take when my throat feels scratchy. The added Vitamin C and B‑6 are a nice bonus, and the big bottle lasts forever. Overall, just an easy, good‑tasting option to keep on hand.

chewable zinc supplement
These were a great zinc supplement to help out during cold season. For those who are lactose intolerant, the label does say it contains lactose. This would have been helpful to know before buying them, though!

just make sure u eat. like maybe 30min or so after take the pill this will help out
