Lately, I have been having tummy issues and after an exam, my doc referred a probiotic routine to try. A friend mentioned this brand and said he was happy with the changes it produced. I purchased the N.B. a week or so ago and I do know there is no instant fix that any of the brands of probiotics can offer us. For the runs, it may help you within days, but for other concerns (gas, bloating, constipation, etc), these tablets will need weeks and months to get you in that good place where you want your tummy to be. I am happy so far with the ease of taking and effects these tabs are already showing (hoping it is just not psychological). Lets see what my future holds. These are at a great price and come in a pop up opening container.

This probiotic is very wonderful. I had constipation and just my stomach would be feeling hurtful with gases, but since taking these probiotics, I have regular tea and bells and my stomach is no longer hurting me and I feel very comfortable no bloating. While I love the product, the logistics people are less than desirable. Shipping through FedEx, the driver stood in the middle of my yard, on the other side of my porch, and was about to toss the package onto the ground, but I opened the door before he could. I told him I would prefer he not throw my items, as he doesn't know if I ordered breakable items or not. Please don't do that again. Maybe educate FedEx, or time to switch logistics people. I have nothing but trouble with FedEx. They are lazy and won't walk my item to the designated spot. Which is a small table on the porch. Not the step, not just tossing the item across the railing. Oh, and I was sent an item I didn't order. I wasn't charged, so I threw it away. Jeesum.

Do glad to have found this brand again. Taken it for yrs. Couldn't find it in store. This is great price for better quality. My old Pharmacist told me to always store it in refrigerator to stay fresher %26 be more potent.

I really do like taking these. They actually do work and they do help you go to the bathroom. I lost count how many times I've purchased these because they work every time when I run out I make sure I have a backup bottle.

Love this brand of supplements-use often...quality all around. These probiotics do the trick but for a fraction of the cost of others! Small enough that they are not hard to swallow. No flavor. Priced for quality and probiotics! A true deal!

as I have a gluten sensitivity, using this product has helped me overall to be able to have a piece of bread here and there without having the stomach cramps etc.

i purchased these to try instead of the gummies i had been getting. i get way more product for my money with these and they seem to work really well if not better than what i was taking before.

I am still not sold on probiotics, but still take them. This is the best value for the money. I have read some bad things about Nature's Bounty and the quality of their products, so check them out before taking. This is true of all vitamin and mineral suppliers that fill 90% of the shelf space. The big downside is that all the top-rated ones are very pricy. Hope this is not a you get what you pay for " situation, and there is some value in taking these. Just my two cents. cvc

These just don't work - need to be cased in order to pass through stomach and be effective? Pretty sure these are as effective as a tic-tac. Because of the casing, not getting through stomach acid therefore what's the point of the probiotic? They say it's self stable but I don't think that's probable because other probiotics seem to help but these do absolutely nothing.
