Nature's Bounty Biotin 1000 mcg Vitamin Supplement
I like these because I can cut them and take them as I want to...I had a hard time finding tablets in the 1000, I cant take those larger doses it will make my head hurt so I spread it out throught the day. I hope they don't stop carrying these... Thank You

Good supplement
Tried biotin pills, and saw stronger nails, healthier overall hair and natural glow to my face after consistently using it daily, remember to have it work take everyday

Small capsules that are easy to swallow.
I have been taking this daily. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They thankfully do. It leave an aftertaste. I trust Natures Bounty has safe ingredients and comply with the regulations set forth with vitamins and supplements.

Helps with hair growth and fullness
Definitely have gotten people noticing my hair is longer and fuller. Don't notice any taste or smell. Secure packaging as you might guess which is good to know if you have kiddos.

Rotation of Supplements
Biotin has been in my long rotation of supplements and vitamins as I have gotten older. Not entirely sure if I see or feel a difference. Nonetheless I am sure it cannot hurt.

IDK….its a no for me
I have mixed reviews about these. I feel like it worked in a sense and it didn't work. My nails grew but it made me grow hair in other places. They really didn't have any other benefits to me. For the price I thought it would of been better.

Good product
Not bad at all, these are a great budget option for biotin. Nature's bounty is a good brand that i definitely can trust. I love the hair and nail strength biotin gives.

Didn't work
This nature's bounty biotin supplement really did not do anything for me. Science says growing hair and nails is more complex. Maybe it could work for someone else.
