I had Cancer and was loosing my hair. As if the Cancer diagnosis was not bad enough I started to loose my hair when I started Chemo. While reading a Cancer Journal I noticed an article that stated that Biotin had been used in a trial of Cancer patients with great results. I tried 1000 mcg daily and the hair loss stopped almost immediately. Now that my treatment is over my hair is thick and curly. It was never curly before but I will not complain. Not sure it works for everyone but worth a try should you find yourself in this situation.
