Echinacea is used to help build our immune systems for better function. Nature's Bounty has a guaranteed quality on its product. You can take 1 capsule up to 6 times a day ( we usually use 2-4 as needed). What I like about this product it uses the whole herb.

Not for me but may be for you.
The packaging and ingredients are fine. The value is also great. My issue is that I have mixed results with natural remedies and I just don't think this did anything -- positive or negative -- for me.

Make sure of what you are ordering the first time.
It is NOT What I wanted, it is by OK it's self. so I guess if it not in the store I guess I can NOT get it. No I am not happy about that. But I will live with that mistake. Thank you

Not impressed
I really did not feel any difference when taking this nature's bounty echinacea supplement. Maybe I am wrong, but I wasn't impressed with it at all.
