This brand of melatonin has worked very well for me. When I take it , I get a restful night's sleep , my body relaxes in minutes , and I wake up well-rested and full of energy. It's also super easy to take because of the texture and size of the pill.

Works really well as long as your ready to lay down and actually go to sleep otherwise it won't be helpful to you. Being ready to relax and start actively trying to sleep is important before taking this.

Melatonin helps me a lot because sometimes I start falling into a pattern where I fall asleep later and later each day, but then melatonin is the quick reset I need. I don't use it all the time just to reset myself and it works really well. I've used different amount amounts and 10 milligrams is great because it's not too overpowering, but it's also not too weak

I took this medication for 5 days, it did not help my sleep at all.l that's why I stoped. I don't know if it needs to be taken longer. No problem with the taste, it's just like any other tablet.

re. 10mg Melatonin. Being unaware, I bought the "cherry flavor" variety. It doesn't smell like cherry at all. Rather --I kid you not-- it smells like pesto (you know, the green pasta sauce). It promotes more irritation than relaxation on me.
