Helps me fall asleep within 60mins of taking
The Natures Bounty Melatonin come in a 240 pack of quick dissolving tables, the bottle top is very easy to open so keep them on the top shelf. I use one a night when needed and they generally help me fall asleep within an hour of taking them. I trust Natures Bounty Melatonin tablet ingredients and I have had no adverse effects from taking them. They help me get a solid 9 hours sleep and I feel more rested in the morning then when I do not take them. As they dissolve quickly and don't taste of much I do not hesitate to take one if I am having trouble falling asleep.

So good!
This brand while their gummies do not taste the best they do work extremely well. For the price you cannot beat them and the ingredients and packaging are great.

The tablet size is larger now
I liked that the size of the quick dissolve tablets were small. I had several bottles stocked up so I didn't need to buy any for some time. Now they are much larger and take longer to dissolve. I don't know if the flavor is the same, but I've had other tablets of a similar shape and they take much longer to dissolve than the previous design.
