I've been taking Melatonin 5mg for a few weeks, and it has really improved my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, without any grogginess. It's gentle, natural, and effective — perfect for nights when I need help relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with occasional sleeplessness!
I have trouble winding down and falling asleep but melatonin really helps. I take it right before I go to bed and it helps me relax and drift off faster. Super effective.
I don't have got experience with another melatonin trade marks so I can't compare it. But this tablets works effectively: when I nervous and can't asleep for a long time this melatonin helps me fall asleep and stay asleep till morning. I think it's good value for money.
My wife and I have been using this product for some time and are completely satisfied with the results.
Nature's Bounty Dual Spectrum Melatonin 5 mg 60 works very well for my husband, and I. It is natural, gentle, and we wake up feeling refreshed.
I been using this product and let me tell you you want a good night's rest. This is the product to buy.
I love these melatonins, they help me get to sleep within 15 minutes of taking one! I like that they are small and easy to swallow. It's a good bang for your buck.
I have a long history of difficulty falling asleep. This formulation has been the best for me to help me fall asleep and go back to sleep after waking up use the bathroom.
I liked these in concept more than practice, unfortunately. The idea of having melatonin release slowly to maintain sleep seems great, but it didn't work for me. One good thing I want to note is that they are a good amount. A lot of melatonin supplements are in high amounts, and this is much more in line with general recommendations I've seen. Taking melatonin for sleep works by raising your melatonin levels to signal to your body that it's getting to the time for sleep. Melatonin works essentially opposite to cortisol, so you want to raise melatonin and reduce cortisol, then the opposite for waking up and going about your day. This isn't an instant process, so a big yet common mistake people make in taking melatonin is taking it too close to when they want to sleep. (I am not an expert in this area and am summarizing information generally available and as explained to me by multiple specialists. The science behind it is fascinating and easy to find! What I've included is about the science and theory, not medical information.) So taking this well ahead of my desired bedtime means that I am getting that initial boost to signal, but it also means that the slow release starts before I'm going to sleep. That seems to confuse the body, as it is not creating the melatonin and so is getting confusing signals. I don't know if this is just for some or for everyone, but it is something that I think it is important to discuss with your doctor. For that reason, I haven't further lowered the rating here. Something else to keep in mind is that the body gets used to this additional source of melatonin, which can create other difficulties. This in particular is important to discuss with your doctor, because they'll know best how it might impact you. Something else I dislike about these is that they seem to contain an awful lot of sugar. I use different dissolving pills, and these are the sweetest I've ever used.
Knocks you right out for sure but be mindful not to take consistently or your body will become immune to it. I usually only take it maybe a few times a week
