Relaxing to a calmer sleep.%26 No Bad Dreams.
Melatonin,shows exactly how much I taking, 5 mg or 10 mg. Which is enough to clear my head going in circles, to relax %26 drift in sleep. %26 stay asleep. Except for a bathroom trip. Before taking zzzquil ,be up every 1 , 2, hours. But by dawn I'd be so tired worn out .Finally had to stop taking it, %26 their ads say Not Habit forming. RIGHT!!!?? Nature Maid 's calms you to a genther sleep.. I noticed haven't had BAD DREAMS,,NIGHTMARES. Recommend.

Works great
I got these for my husband because he struggled to fall asleep and ever since he started taking one before bed, it's been a life changer, he always takes it an hour before bed and never skips a dose. I love it's something natural and he doesn't have to take something stronger.

Works great. I have tried other brands with no benefits. I am completely please with the consistency on of this brand. The taste no bad bad at all. Worth the price. Sleep quality is excellent. Waking up well rested.

Good for sleep aide

Melatonin
Knocks me out every time. Utilize these when I'm traveling and not used to my environment or if I need to get back on track with time zones. However, my boyfriend swears that this gives him weird dreams.
