I bought this product yesterday. For the past year I've tried different melatonin providers. I took one tablet last night and become sleepy within 15 minutes. I slept 7 hours. That's a wow for me. This product is amazing. Thank you Nature's bounty!

Easy to digest. No funky taste. Favorite brand among our household. Use every evening after dinner to prepare for bed and it's effective for providing a good nights sleep.

This is a very helpful supplement. I use it only on nights when I can't get my mind to shut off and I know I need to get a good amount of sleep. I fall asleep easily without even realizing how quickly my mind/body has relaxed. Definitely a go-to when I need a good night's rest or to get back on a sleep schedule 💤

I have the most trouble falling asleep and have since I was a teenager. I've used sleeping aid as an adult and this really does help! If I take it and stay off electronics, it knocks me out within 30 minutes. My downfall is I can't stay off my phone though!

I take 10 mg of melatonin every night. I sometimes have a hard time shutting off my brain when I'm trying to sleep so I make sure to take this around half an hour before I plan on going to bed. Taking this has definitely improved my quality of sleep.
