Works for me
I have been using Melatonin for a number of years. It's a small pill, easy to swallow. What's important is that it is natural, no harmful drugs. It works to help you get to sleep, especially when you can't. I have recommended this product to family and friends. The price is low and affordable.

I've been using these this brand of Melatonin for years. The tables dissolve easily in water and they contain no artificial sweeteners. I also appreciate that the tablets are in 1 milligram increments which is convenient for administering a higher or lower dosage.

I had problems getting to sleep, but a couple of these at bedtime helped a lot.
