I have a difficult time falling asleep %26 I've tried several otc products without any success. But these easy to swallow tablets are very affective %26 the cost is easy on my. Wallet.

I have a bad insomnia. It took about 45 minutes for me to fall asleep and slept all night long ~8 hours straight. Excellent product! Recommend 100%

Superior sleep product; works quickly and gently.
Superior product! I take one as I lie down in bed; I turn off the lights, lie down and watch something on my iPad. Before I know it, it's tomorrow!!!! YAY!!!! No other product works like this one. And no side effects.

Amazing how effective this is. An unmistakable sleepy feeling is felt within a couple hours of taking one tablet. When that sleepiness is first felt, go to bed then and sleep begins shortly after. I've noticed if I try to ignore/fight the sleepiness, it will pass and the opportunity to sleep is gone. Allow it to work and wait for the sleepiness to hit sometimes half hour sometimes longer. I'm adjusting the time I take it in the evening so that sleep occurs at the best time for me. This works almost every time. Other medications mostly did not work for me. Happy to find this.
