This niacin has helped control my cholesterol and especially my triglycerides. Tri's are usually 50 or below when tested. Slow release prevents "flush" often found when taking niacin.

This works great and fast for the value. The texture is not bad and it's small in size. The bottle can easily be recycled once finished. And its small for easily storage ottomans.

My doctor has me take this and I can never find it

I've taken this brand for years and always loved the quality and effectiveness of their supplements. Lately I haven't had the best of energy and have had a lot of days where I became not as productive as I had wanted. I gave niacin a try since it helps the blood flow and gives much needed energy. I love that the pills have no taste and aren't huge. I Only have to take one a day makes it so much easier than other brands I've tried. I didn't have any negative side effects and was very happy with the extremely affordable price

This was a good add on to my multivitamin. The packaging was easy to use and the pill size was fine. Didn't really feel a difference so not really sure how great it worked

Read the warnings and side effects. After taking this vitamin for a month and I started suffering with leg cramps and joint pain. It has been about 2 months since I have stopped taking this vitamin and I am just starting to have pain free days. Be careful and stop using at the first sign of any of the side effects.

I took this supplement and thought I was going to die!!! I got hot, my palms got sweaty lol, and my heart was doing a good 90😂😂 I called my dr and he told me i was going thru a niacin flush. So I do not use any brand of niacin. Not a shot at the company.. I just won't take any niacin🤣
