Vitamin B is a supplement my dog and I use daily. i love sublingual vitamins and minerals. i haven't experienced any adverse effects, so i assume it's doing its job.

The B-Complex calms down the nerves in my body and also gives me energy. However, I was very sorry to see that there was no Biotin in this product, the most expensive part of the B-Complex, I guess they expect you to buy it separately...???

The product is great. I feel great when I take it however I cannot just swallow it alone. The taste is Horrible so to fix it I just swallow it with gateraid or juice and boom we are good to go.

My daughter and I are already noticing good effects from the B-complex. I used to have to take B-12 shots, but this is better. We both have more of a feeling of well-being and some more energy. We were both feeling drained, but have more stamina.

Good amount of o product for the price. I like this because it's a fun way to take my vitamins, I really enjoy gummies and tinctures and liquid vitamins. It's a fun and delicious way to make sure you're getting everything you need. I feel like the liquid version absorbs into the body better as well.

this is a very good product. it does what it says, and it's a very clean vitamin B complex that I've used for years.

If you are looking for that afternoon boost to get ya through, this is it!! Gives me the energy I sometimes need to finish my day without the crash of sugar. Plus, I can take it with me when I'm on the go (or leave one in my drawer at work)!

I got this due to high ratings. I have taken Vit-B for years, once you take it a good Complex B vitamin, you will want to stay busy without a speedy effect. This doesn't seem to work.
