So easy to take. Just slip the pill under the tongue and as it melted I tasted a very mild cherry flavor but I didn't get that sugar jolt or crash that sugars do to diabetics(I was worried). I have a health condition that causes B 12 deficiency but caught it early this time and could feel an immediate release of natural clean energy, no jitters. Almost like I was 20 again, ha ha without all the screw ups. There was no indigestion, headache, or nausea, which Im sensitive too and Im getting er done. Best I've felt in month's. I wont forget next time! If you need B 12 these worked very well for me.

They're great,when I can get them,been taking it for a while but am having a hard time getting the B12 on my OTC card with Walmart,I get them on line guess I gotta make a personal visit.. LOL,not giving up on youse guys

Maybe a helpful review
Not sure if it works because I didn't take any. Bought by mistake. I take B12 methylcobalamin because it's natural and bioavailability can be reduced in synthetic forms. Cyanocobalamin is synthetic.
