It's a good way to get your daily vitamin C and zinc without drinking a ton of sugary orange juice that is not good for you. I felt better once I started taking vitamin C daily, the tablets are a little hard to swallow, would be better if they came in a gel cap but it's not a big deal. benefit outweigh the annoyance.
