Nature's Children Sculptural Fountain

I bought this from Toscano before they were on Amazon and this particular item is wonderful, the details are amazing and it looks like it is made out of stone instead of resin. I live in a cold state so you have to bring it in over winter but it has worked well for us for the past 3 years. I give it one star because the pump went out and Toscano has no way to replace it. This is more about Toscano customer service than this product. DO NOT BUY this fountain. If the pump breaks as mine did, you will not be able to get a replacement. Toscano doesn't let you know this when you buy it and doesn't help if it breaks. I have called them twice and never received a return call; and emailed them and never received a response. Apparently they order this item from a manufacturer that includes the pump with the product so they don't stock replacements. I repeatedly asked for someone to either go look at the item to see what pump size or to give me the name of the manufacturer so I can contact them myself. No response. I now have a $700 statue.
