This is a great product. The flavor is excellent and they are easy to chew. Overall, these have made me feel calmer and like my energy levels are far more balanced than they were before I started taking them. I have achy joints and have to say these offer a bit of relief there too unless it's psychosomatic? In any case, I'll keep on taking these! They aren't overly sweet and a little tart which I actually enjoy. They are a bit chalky but I was expecting they would be.

I love that's it's sugar free because other vitamins are loaded for sugar thus negating their health benefits. As a vegetarian, I'm always looking to supplement for any minerals and vitamins I may be lacking. I'm also a woman in my 30s and this mix vitamins is perfect for my age. The vitamin is a small chewable tablet in berry flavor. It's small and a little chalky but it taste great. Doesn't have a tart after flavor. I wish it was once a day because it's very easy to not take vitamins twice a day with busy schedules. But I am excited to finish this bottle up. The product has xytosol instead of sugar, is gluten free and vegetarian without gelatin. The container is easy to open unlike other vitamins. The taste is great, except that it has a metallic, blood-like taste at the end as you're done chewing it. I also think erythritol would be a healthier ingredient than xylitol, or a combination of starches and maybe monk fruit sweetener.
