Better than I expected
Never thought that one tiny capsule would gain my energy and hyphen my mood back to normal INSTANTLY. I believe 25 mg is a bit higher dosage , ordered the 10mg as well but honestly this works like a magic!

Pleased with benefits
I have been using this product for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I will say it has helped with my energy levels. It has also helped my mood. No side effects from taking it. I take it at night, which I feel like it has helped me relax and sleep better as well. Just a nice add on to my normal vitamin routine.

Only 1 capsule/day
First of all, thank you that this is only 1 capsule/ day! I may not have tried it otherwise. I do take other supplements so I prefer not to have to take a handful every morning or evening. I waited to write a review because I realize it takes some time to really notice an affect, if any. I am not a big caffeine drinker so I appreciate that this 1 capsule seems to keeps me energized without any negative side effect. Enhanced mood is always a bonus for any supplement! I hope to only have continued positive progress with DHEA. And I trust this brand. Relatively inexpensive however I find items that keep my mind & body well, to be priceless.
